Located in Matagalpa, a city in Northern Nicaragua, La Central de Cooperativas Cafetaleras del Norte (CECOCAFEN) is a coffee cooperative made up of 1,897 small-scale coffee farmers from nine cooperatives. CECOCAFEN’s mission is to produce high quality coffee, provide excellent customer service, and raise the quality of life of its members. Since its establishment in 1997, the CECOCAFEN cooperative has taken great strides toward fulfilling its goals through a wide variety of social, environmental, and productive programs.

- Whole Bean: Not ground
- Auto Drip: Medium ground for most standard coffee-machines
- Percolator: Coarse ground for percolators and French Press machines
- Fine: Fine ground for a stronger brew of coffee
- Espresso: Extra fine for espresso machines
- Turkish: Finely powdered for the strongest brew of coffee
