The perfect ending to a memorable meal or festive gathering. Our custom blend of specialty coffees from Latin America and Africa make a great tasting espresso with the perfect crema on top. We recommend our espresso have an extraction time between 20 and 25 seconds based on a long shot of 1.5 ounces.
Grind Styles:
- Whole Bean: Not ground
- Auto Drip: Medium ground for most standard coffee-machines
- Percolator: Coarse ground for percolators and French Press machines
- Fine: Fine ground for a stronger brew of coffee
- Espresso: Extra fine for espresso machines
- Turkish: Finely powdered for the strongest brew of coffee
Roast Styles:
- City (Standard): Medium
- Full City: Medium to Dark
- Italian: Dark
- French: Very Dark
